well, I'll admit that on bad days, when I am drinking coffee for the COMFORT FACTOR and end up consuming what is probably 6-8 cups of coffee total, I get the jitters too.

Then again, I'm much larger than you, so yeah, that's probably an equivalent serving size. XD
