I had the crappiest run today. I must have taken off too fast, because I had to stop at 1.5mi. I still got the 5K done in 30:00 (with a 2min walk, so that tells you how fast I was going), but it sucked. I think I did too much in the weight room. :(

I don't think I can run next to Jeff any more. It's just demoralizing, watching how fast he can go and how far, and totally sucking it up myself. It made me worse to see him run. I know, that's retarded, but still.

I am drowning my sorrows in our delicious Chipotle Burrito Bol imitation. And watching Criminal Minds.

Speaking of, WHY DOESN'T ANYONE ELSE WATCH CRIMINAL MINDS?>?? This show is freaking awesome. Seriously! Garcia! REID! FREAKING DEREK MORGAN IS THE HOTTEST MAN ON TELEVISION THESE DAYS.

OMG I LOVE CRIMINAL MINDS!!!! i just don't get to watch it much at all because of my work schedule. i plan on buying DVD box sets though. soon, even.

I had no energy on my run yesterday either...and I had to stop for other reasons. But I still finished my 3.5 miles total (barely). When I got off the treadmill, I saw a little Asian girl running at 8.0 mph! I was like, grrr, I suck! Not really.

Criminal Minds? What about LOST?? That is my one TV show nowadays. And it's on on Wednesdays.

Y'know, I've had enough crappy runs at this point that you think I'd get it by now! :P

I was trying to do intervals today, which usually I can do (in small amounts) during the 5K, but it killed me.

I think it is in its 4th season? I don't know, I haven't been watching it from the beginning (oops). But it's awesome! It has the sexiest nerdy computer girl EVER.

PLUS THIS IS THE HOTTEST MAN ON NATIONAL TV I WILL NOT LIE.

It's good! It's like CSI, except that it focuses a lot more on the criminal rather than evidence gathering -- it's about profiling really creepy people. Plus I want to have sex with everyone on the show but that isn't exactly new or anything.

You should record it! One of these weekends when nothing is going on we will have to have a marathon TV party

Wednesdays are gym days, so usually we come home and pass out on the couch while eating. Hence, Wednesday TV is my friend! XD

I keep waiting for the library to get the earlier seasons so I can catch up on eps that I missed!! BUT NO.

Lost is so far ahead of me, I have no idea what's going on in that show. It's, what, 5 seasons in? XD

I'd have to clear off all the movies I have on my dvr to make room. I'm totally going to watch them all at some point...not.

How many freaking movies do you have? I thought that thing was huge!!

Eh only like 4 or 5. Problem is, just about everything I record is in HD and I think an hour of HD programming takes up like 5-6% (if not more) or something like that.

And when do we ever have a weekend day with nothing to do. When that day comes, we have another task to complete first and foremost!

I don't mind doing both. We just need more time! I'm going to move in next door to you guys...that way it can be my tree you are jizzing on!

I would never do anything that direct. I'd probably just kill your tomato plants as a form of passive aggressive revenge. ;)
