I can believe it - you may have seen me link something about H-1B visa abuse by employers in STEM fields a while back. I can't blame you for being uncomfortable talking about it if you're working on the front lines of that issue. At the same time, I'd be desperately interested in that post. ;_;
Thank you, I'll go with your suggestion of getting someone to do USA-picking for me; I'm not even sure whether A-levels should even be listed as that's high-school stuff, but yeah I am kinda stumped about saying that my undergrad degree is an upper-second (aka 2:1) which would be like a B in the US except that traditionally (but maybe not actually) Firsts in the UK are harder to get than As in the US so omg why is the UK so archaic about everything :/
