i don't have the "dirty" job requirements, but do have the male-dominated work environment thing and have spent plenty of time bemoaning the dilemma of how to dress in hyper-casual hyper-dude-y tech companies and your style sounds like something i could crib from.

(pics of outfits in your wardrobe would also be p hawt but i know taking pics is effort etc etc)
