Ohhh, yes. Being an unsent must be its own kind of hell, and I love how you described Auron's numbness. And I especially love that moment of tenderness from Lulu before she begins, hinting at a relationship between them that goes beyond friendship and superficial romance, to a kind of care and understanding of the other's pain and needs, and a willingness on Lulu's part to help him deal with his, by whatever means necessary.
