Ooooooh the dramatic irony in this, in Yuna fretting about Aerith guarding her while unsent. *chef fucking kiss*

I love this; I love their similarities and Aerith's comment that people remember the ideal of you, not who you were (even her own canon did that to her, augh). And I love Yuna's focus on being who she thinks people want her to be. (This is why I actually love X-2; seeing Yuna get to live and find out who she is, is just so good, even if it's buried under a lot of uhhhhh mess.)
