i also find fanfic easier than original work, although i've been trying (and failing) to make more space for original stuff for like two years now. it's hard! and like you I have tons of ideas aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa and i can even jump into them, but the entire "follow through and finish a project" is like what my ADHD cant hear you
