Wow, I can't even make a better joie icon because I can't run Photoshop on this computer because there is not enough room for the scratch disks.

I need a new damn computer.

Brian (the manwhore) supposedly works for a place that can get really good deals on things should you be interested. I think I'm going to get something from him in january, but only after I have my IT guy thoroughly inspect the makeup of it.

I actually desperately need to replace both the laptop and the desktop -- the desktop hasn't actually fully recovered from that virus thing (every now and then you still need to close then run Explorer from the Task Manager to get the desktop to show up), and plus the monitor for the desktop died (and if you're going to buy a new monitor for $300, you may as well get a new computer for $600?). I could get a few months out of the laptop via reformat, but it's just old.

So, uh, yeah. If you find out anything good, definitely let me know.

But we can still go to the Midwinter masque together.

It's funny how all of us nerds combine and about 50% of us are running computers on their last legs!

Hey my computer has already lost both of its legs, one arm, and half a lung. The CD/DVD burner just went out and refuses to burn anything, plus after the entire wipe reformat, I'm thinking it's about.... 9 years past its prime, lol.

My desktop seriously sometimes does not start. You have to control-alt-del and then close/run or run/close Explorer to tell it "HEY! LOAD MY FUCKING DESKTOP." It's awesome. We should put them all in a pile and take them out Office Space-style.

I can't figure out why on earth I'm still running a computer that barely works like this... if I can build my own, what the crap is wrong with me?! And then I realize it's because my bank is going to start sending me notifications that I am like -$500 or something haha and I realize why exactly it is.

The number of times I have had happy dreams of taking a bat to my computer are too numerous to count. I would LOVE THAT. THERAPY. GROUP THERAPY!!

We could run some TOTALLY AWESOME song in the background, too, while we went to town with the baseball bats. While dressed like Cullens.
