At that point, we each acquired another car following us, then I did something like walk up to a random car, try the handle and pretend that I didn't have the keys.
Now, I didn't have keys or a car in high school, but they didn't know this. We kept this up for at least 30 minutes before it got too cold and we wanted to go home. At the time it was hilarious. In retrospect, we were probably being annoying bratty kids.
Either way, I still laugh.
Also, you're not a robotard and it's okay to misplace your car. Frankly, I bumper stickered the hell out of mine to make sure that I would find it.
