Feb. 11th, 2009 09:19 pmI had the crappiest run today. I must have taken off too fast, because I had to stop at 1.5mi. I still got the 5K done in 30:00 (with a 2min walk, so that tells you how fast I was going), but it sucked. I think I did too much in the weight room. :(
I don't think I can run next to Jeff any more. It's just demoralizing, watching how fast he can go and how far, and totally sucking it up myself. It made me worse to see him run. I know, that's retarded, but still.
I am drowning my sorrows in our delicious Chipotle Burrito Bol imitation. And watching Criminal Minds.
Speaking of, WHY DOESN'T ANYONE ELSE WATCH CRIMINAL MINDS?>?? This show is freaking awesome. Seriously! Garcia! REID! FREAKING DEREK MORGAN IS THE HOTTEST MAN ON TELEVISION THESE DAYS.
