Jesus Christ why must penicillin be the size of horse pills.

Yes, that's right! Third day with a fever! The doctor says I have a dual-infection or bi-infection (har har) of flu and [insert something he doesn't know but will be killed by penicillin in the time it would take to test for it]. It might be strep (awesome!) or bronchitis (because I didn't have that enough as a kid!). Either way, horse pills should kill it dead.

By the way, driving to the doctor's office and then the pharmacy with a 101F fever blows. By the time I got home... well, I won't say I was hallucinating into my diet coke, but my vision was a little fringey at the edges.

I think the greatest (?) part of this is that my body couldn't have picked a worse time to catch two different illnesses. I now have to reschedule my midterm next week (because I can barely sit up) and figure out how to log on remotely to work because I am actually in the middle of important things.

Until then, though, sleep. Sleep, my friends, sleep. Despite the chipper way these words are coming out of my fingers, I actually feel like four different kinds of shit (think about that one in your spare time) and just want to curl up into a ball and kind of die. Will not be around a lot. Sorry to ff_kissbattle and lunaticdiscord, although I'll try to stay on top of both (I predict lots of boredom over the next few days! IN BETWEEN THE SLEEP).

edit if you guys have any ridiculously long fanfiction recs you want to send me, now is the time to do it. i spent yesterday trolling for harry potter fanfic under the single specification that the story had to be over 60,000 words. omg.

DX Yeah, at least once a year I get catch like 5 diseases all at once and/or I'm sick for 3 weeks straight. IT'S A NEW YEAR! IT USUALLY HAPPENS IN SPRING! I CAN'T WAIT TO FIND OUT WHAT I GET THIS TIME :D Last round o' illnesses was a cocktail of strep throat (that I needed two full rounds of prescription drugs to get rid of), impatigo on my lip from the stress (yay more scars on my FACE) and an outbreak of eczema! And it had all started with a fever. 2 days before I left Japan. Pressure changes on an airplane when you have strep that's like in your EARS = I literally thought my head was going to explode into a million bits.

So YEAH, that BLOWS, and your cock is not the thing getting blown!! GET THE FUCK BETTER!!

And ya, I will def. wait to open up the awesometastic CAPSLOCK_FF contest till after you have recovered and can participate!!! <3
