Irvine or Cloud? They'd both make horrible professors. Honestly. Irvine would hit on the students NON STOP, MALE AND FEMALE, and Cloud would be too busy telling people to go away and stop bothering the voices in his head.
In the end, though, I can see Irvine as an Instructor, so I've gotta go with him.
02. Do you think 4 is hot? How hot?

Reno sends Edea out on a mission. Somehow I am going to pretend that this question should have been asked backwards - Edea sends Reno out on a mission - because that's not only ten kinds of awesome but also a crazy ass plotbunny RIGHT THERE.
Back to the original, Reno might send Edea out for cigs or something, but I have a feeling he'd get his arse frozen before the words were out of his mouth.
04. What is or would be 9's favorite book?
Rikku's favourite book is either an engineering text or "Big Blue Chocobo's Day Out". She can't decide which.
05. Would it make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around?
Terra and Irvine? If by "fealty" you mean "I swear to you my hot man body to use for your own sexy devices", then Irvine would be all over the swearing to Terra. Frankly I can't see either in a position to be sworn fealty, unless Terra's still got the Slave Crown and all.

Okay ... Tifa/Rikku or Tifa/Auron? DAMN BOTH OF THOSE ARE SUPER HOT. Eventually they all go home and Reno gets off to the thought of Quistis and Terra going at it.

Locke vs Auron? Well, Auron wins, but it's mostly because Locke can't stop making fun of his sunglasses long enough to get a hit in. Locke probably challenged Auron to the duel over some girl's honor. And somewhere in the background, Celes is laughing her arse off.
09. If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would s/he get it back?
Edea's most precious possession would probably be either Cid, Garden, or the orphanage. Rydia stealing any of these would certainly be an interesting experience. However, assuming she managed it, Edea could probably just sit down and talk sorceress-y things to Rydia until the Caller realizes how totally sweet Edea is and they go off to have tea and cookies.
10. Suggest a title for a story in which 7 and 12 both attain what they most desire.
Quistis and Reno? Why is this another plotbunny?! It's worse/better than Quistis/Seifer!! Quistis finds a man who will keep her life exciting and entertaining, and Reno finally finds stability and a really hot ass. I'd probably call it "Gold and Red" or some combination because I am like that.
11. What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 and 1 to work together?
Celes would be exploring the ruins of some excavation site of the Empire's with Locke and stumble on a door into the Esper World, which is of course the Land of Summons. Rydia would just be chilling with Asura and stuff. They would have coffee.
12. If 7 visited you for the weekend, how would you get along?
Seeing as I'm approximately 1/2 Quistis, I have a feeling we'd get along fine. Or kill each other.
13. If you could command 6 to perform any one task or service for you, what would it be?

Cloud? Uh, yeah, I'm pretty sure at least 75% of my FL has taken a stab at Cloud.

Terra would be torn between Celes and Tifa. In the end she'd go with Celes because Celes is her friend, but I think Tifa's a sweet enough person that Terra and Tifa would certainly get along were they in the same fandom. OMFG PLOTBUNNIES GO AWAY.
