So they are just re-releasing it on DS I take it? Does that mean I can take "jungle boy" out into veldt and send him after animals again with the goal of getting all the monster abilities before growing weary of that after about 10 mintues?

All of this excitement is about FFIV (which is 2 in "American"), which is the one with Cecil. the one you're thinking of is FFVI (3) and as far as I know there are no real plans to re-release that one yet. Although we are all hoping because that game was sweet. Except for the monster boy part. And maybe the dancing moogle, he kind of sucked.

The graphics, the translation, the gameplay. And they've added a bit to the story as well. And apparently it's 2378467 times harder.
