I had some great thoughts on FFI and working out and life and there are some awesome FFI posts floating around and I just read my DW FList and wanted to comment on everything, but

my neck totally locked up this morning for the first time in forever and so I'm stuck in bed with the hot pad and I've already taken so many drugs I'm a little stoned :/

so coherency is not my forte at the moment
