I've tried to hold back, I don't want to look like I'm abusing my power or making decisions to lord it over people, or changing things just because I can, and I'm done with it

there's an Operations Manager for a goddamn fucking reason and I've now been in this job for long enough that you shouldn't even be capable of being surprised anymore
