I've an original fiction world in which I've already planned at least a trilogy and a short story. The premise is easy: vampires and werewolves in space! The manifestation is more complex: lesbian werewolves and a genderqueer/genderfun vampire travel space looking for new planets with their magical were/vamp/magical girl pilot! The details are even more complicated: how do other planets, moons, suns, stars affect Earth-based fantasy archetypes? It's fantasy space trash, but with a purpose!

The world is, so far, in my head. Would anyone be interested in leaving me silly prompts to play with this month? I don't necessarily expect anyone to be interested in original fiction / original fic verse (although if you are -- awesome!!), but prompts would help me flesh everything out and get warmed up to writing! I will obviously post everything although of course no one is required to read & respond & comment or anything.

2b. Do werewolf powers vary with the phases of the moon(s)? Which moon(s)? Can they cherry-pick which powers they're going to have by going to a planet with moon(s) in the appropriate phase(s)?

were/magical girl pilot and how she flies, like what are her routines, what quirks does she have (checking everything three times? flying with her feet whilst reading a trashy magazine?), and what is her greatest fear while behind the .... theoretical space wheel

for the planet LEAST inhabitable, was it always that way? what happened to MAKE it that way? was there a tragedy or some kind of space collision or something else i don't know because i am not good with science okay

how exactly do governments work in these space worlds? is there like a UN body overseeing everything? or are they all self-sufficient?

do werewolves transform with the light of ANY full moon, or just their home planet? and also, in space, aren't they ALWAYS in the light of a full moon if they are near it? do they explode if they actually go ON a moon? do all moons qualify or only rock-based ones (not gas-based or anything else)? I like to overthink original works, so take the following as either prompts or just curiosities (and because I’m pressed for time I didn’t read the others’ posts, so there might be some repeats here):


-Does being in space affect the werewolves in a weird way? Is it any moon that affects them? (And is the moon like magic or is it like some weird particle science thing?) What would happen if they were like…on a moon?

-Are the werewolves a couple? If so we need a date night. If not, then we still need a date night, but where they are each other’s wing people.

-Rule63 encounter!? The lesbian werewolves and magical girl pilot meet with homo werewolves and a magical boy pilot in what will be a rivalry for the agessssssss (Vampire is dismayed the Rule63 crew does not have an opposite Vampire for them to play off of)

-A small ship is no place for an involuntary and enraged werewolf transformation.

-They will find a planet that serves a decent parfait. Or they will drive themselves into the nearest sun.

-The space cult of Merle Soo seek the pilot who is so many amazing things for nefarious purposes, not realizing they would’ve been better off on the dark side of the galaxy.

-Genderfluid!Vampire ends up on a date who is actually a space!vampire hunter. So unfair.

-The werewolves are tired of how cold space is. And how cold the vampires are. And generally the constant fight with the thermostat.
