Those of you who may not scroll fanficrants while at work:

fanficmakeover. I don't know whether or not it will work at all, because it's new, but it's looking for members and helpers (FF FANDOM FRIENDS I AM LOOKING AT YOU). I've volunteered for Final Fantasy editing (since it is my only fandom SHUT UP). Also, bottle_of_shine, you may want to pimp this in ff_press, if it has not already been pimped.

Not as useful but more fun: writemoreplease -- for all those "write more" rants. Sadly it has given me plotbunny ideas I don't think I can handle at the moment BUT I LOVE LOVE LOVE. It's Ellone inside either Squall or Laguna's head while ... uh ... Squall/Laguna and/or Laguna/Squall. OMG VOYEURISTIC INCEST AND PSEUDO-INCEST FTW.

I was about to try and figure out how to put it in fic_on_demand without being so specific that no one wrote it.

IT WOULD BE SO GOOD. I just always write Laguna as my comic relief because I love him. and that just wouldn't go over well while he was getting fucked

I look at writemoreplease but all my pleas fall on fandoms that are...well, not small. Like, for instance, if I whined about lack of Irvine/Selphie, I'd be SHOT. But I have high standards! I CAN'T HELP IT. And offering to edit for the bad!ficcers results in "HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME IT'S ONLY THE FIRST CHAPTER!" pms. Or, alternately, would be in vague fandoms, like Illusion of Gaia. xD

Eh, I figure a request for good!fic can't be out of hand. I'd thought of a "Write more FF8 that is not SAPPY plzkthx". It's kind of a hybrid between FFR and WMP, but it can't hurt to ask, right? XDD

And ... I can't wait for the flames from fanficmakeover. Srsly. I have this thing for profanity, see, I love it.
