Setzer/Rikku. That's actually quite intriguing. After pushing the Falcon a little bit too hard, Setzer crashes in the desert; luckily for him, he finds a spunky young woman with enough knowledge about machina technology to help. Then they realize that grease and wrenches are really, really hot and have lots of hot mechanic sex all over the place.

Is there any such thing as One/Eight fluff?

Terra deflowers Rydia? (OK, way too many females.) Alright. We've got the green hair and the magic and the Summons/Esper connection here. This will be damn easy. Terra would be looking for an entrance to Esper Land and she finds Rydia LOCKED IN A DREAMLESS SLEEP and then Rydia wakes up and they go on a quest to find like, magic or some shit and it's true love and alright I can't really see Terra being the dominant one so we'd have to make it a mutual deflowering.

Rydia and Edea (OMG) are in a happy relationship until Edea suddenly runs off with Terra (OMG!). Rydia, broken-hearted, has a hot one-night stand with Auron and a brief unhappy affair with Yuna (SUMMONING LOVE), then follows the wise advice of Vincent (VINCENT ADVICE HA HA) and finds true love with Setzer.

We'd call it "Mystery and Magic" and it would totally read like a hot and trashy romance novel. I'm not quite sure who would read it because it seems to be centered around FFIV/FFVI, and I don't have many friends from that fandom.

How would you feel if Seven/Eight were canon?
Tifa/Quistis would TOTALLY MAKE MY DAY. It would be beautiful canon. Absolutely beautiful. In fact I am inspired.
