(02) Fran is made of sex.

(04) Balthier could read me the phone book, and I'd die happy.

What'd you think of Al Cid and his Japanese Schoolgirl Entourage? He made me laugh quite a lot, I'm not sure if it was supposed to be all intentional though. ;-)

*laughs* No, I'm only at the part right after you get Balthier & Fran, in the sewer thingey where you find "Amalia". However, I've seen most of it watching my brother play it over Christmas, hence my rather-thorough knowledge of a game I didn't own. XD

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the official artwork image of him with his 6 schoolgirls mooning over him. Pity, that. That render really reminds me uncannily of Nooj for some reason. Just, minus the red and the fake limbs. ;-)

It's a combination of showing his chest hair, yet still *moussing* his hair, wearing bling-buckle-belt-whatever that stuff is, tight pants, and the angle how he's holding his wrists.

He's not gay, he's the definition of the most flaming stereotype of gay imaginable. I sort of expect to see him sauntering across the screen in 'The Bird Cage' at some point in time. XD

I just got this game two days ago. I haven't really got that far at all, but I think I can safely say that I believe Vaan is far less annoying than both Zidane and Tidus, and probably more immediately compelling than Squall and Cloud (who were only really interesting because they played the sort of "mooning loner" role). Dunno, maybe he's one of those "gets old fast" deals. I'm more interested to see where Ashe comes in.

Yeah, I - Vaan isn't that bad, I guess, but it - all the other characters are so much BETTER, IMO. I think I'd like Vaan better instantly if he wasn't carrying the game on his shoulders - if he were a side character, instead.

BALTHIER'S VOICE IS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE FOR A GUY WHO IS IN HIS EARLY TWENTIES...
...but that doesn't stop me wanting to screw his voiceover man. It's like bloody Jean-Luc Picard's.
Also, Fran's arse? right on. Her voice is also sweet. Sounds just like a rabbit woman. The worldbuilding is fab and the music for discovering deserts is like Indiana Jones's, but evil twins and lame as, and Square, do you really believe that changing your name to one with the same initial makes it harder to discover your real identity?
God, it still rocks, though. Hey, it's late and I'm tired.
