But they're so light and crispy and delicious, with warm syrup and fresh butter, or a little ice cream for dessert, or topped with a little crumble of bacon (and it makes me SO SAD to learn that there are people who do not like bacon! Srsly, they are not for breakfast over here. You can get them from the dessert menus at pretty much any cafe/restaurant. It's so bizarre ... eating a big meal and then thinking 'hmm, do I have room for pancakes?'
