One-Sentence / Micro-Fic Prompting Fun Game (cause, well, fuck it, why not)

Yeah, why not. I did one of these a long time ago and really enjoyed it. (Oh, look! Here it is. 2008, oh my frigging god.) And since I'm not doing NaNoWriMo this year I figured it would be a fun thing to do. In the interest of, you know, writing something. Anything. All the things.

Here's how we play!
   --> You leave a comment with a fandom, a character or pairing, and five words or short prompts.
   --> I will write sentences for your prompts.
   --> Everyone wins!
   --> I will be doing this for the next couple days only, so if you miss out, sorry. Although if you leave awesome prompts I'll try to get to them anyway.

All the usual fandoms and then some:

• Final Fantasy: IV, IV: TAY, V, VI, VII/AC/etc, VIII, IX, X/X2, XII, Dissidia sure why not


• Games: Chrono Trigger, uh do I play anything else


• Shows: Criminal Minds; Firefly; Avatar: The Last Airbender; Gundam Wing SURE WHY NOT


• Books: the Dresden Files; the Vorkosigan Saga; the Kushiel books; the Mercy Thompson books; the Hunger Games; uh


• Movies? I AM RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS

VORKOSIGAN SAGA (because I am in the middle of reading A Deeper Season):

- IVAN/BYERLY: booze, promiscuity, immaturity, pretty, ponytail
- MILES/BEL: monosexuality, young, death, shenanigans, purple

1. Ivan/Byerly

1. booze
"Which one of us is more drunk?" Ivan asks, laughing, as they tip and stumble their way down the path; "Must be me," Byerly replies sardonically, "because I'm checking out your ass again. Which means my standards have slipped."

2. promiscuity
"I have not--" Ivan starts, indignantly, as Byerly chortles: "all the Koudelkas?"

3. immaturity
Ivan looks down at the stunner in his hand, and then at Miles' unconscious body, next to his unconscious attacker, and thinks: when does this end?

4. pretty
"But you have lace on your sleeves," Ivan points out, "the same kind of lace Lady Vormond had across her, you know, cleavage;" Byerly flourishes his wrists and says, "A man is allowed to be handsome, Ivan."

5. ponytail
He's almost more disturbed at the lack of hair for his fingers to wind in than he is by the stubble now scraping his cheek; it's an odd kind of dissonance, and he almost pulls away - but then Byerly makes that damned noise again and Ivan's senses run for the hills.
