Haha! The only thing I've ever toggled on is the E/I -- I was ENTP when I was younger, but apparently I got older and more disgruntled and antisocial, because now I'm pretty solidly Introvert.

Actually part of why I like socializing on the Internet is because I'm so much more comfortable with it, with that bitty additional bit of distance! I'm moderately social in real life, but I need tons of curmudgeonly solitude to recharge from it. :P

Good point, I had not noticed. The lists are a compilation of various sources so I could not say why this is exactly. My guess is that it probably has to do with there being more well-known historical and even fictional males than females. Certain careers are male dominated and/or get more attention such as politics and professional sports. In other words, the pool of famous males is larger and so the end result is a list with more males.
