my house may be a disaster zone rating just below my plant's blast radius - not by much - but I did manage to perform successful pipe surgery today and for the first time in three weeks* I have a working kitchen sink. the ubend was disgusting. literally the most repulsive thing I have ever seen-smelled in my life; I will have nightmares about it, possibly for a week. I found a fork in the ubend. The fork was not mine. This may explain why the entire system has sporadically plugged up since I bought the house (although never this bad).

the reason it took three weeks* is because I've slept in my own bed approximately 4 of the last 17 nights and I've been at home and in my office less than 20% of the last 6 weeks, and I wish that were not accurate math, but it is. Those Who Love Traveling, can you please take my portion of it, because I'm about to cut off my own ankles.

my house is a disaster. my life is a disaster. BUT MY SINK WORKS.
