Pretty sure I don't need ANOTHER way to tell people what I am doing constantly. I don't even think I need ONE, and I already possess twitter.

Another annoying ripoff of twitter/facebook/EVERYTHING.

My brother just emailed me and was like OO YOU'RE FOLLOWING ME? [as it automatically has you follow people in your contacts] WHAT OTHER GOOGLE SERVICES DO YOU USE? and I was like OH GOD DO NOT FIND MY ACTIVITIES ON THE INTERNET PLZ.

So the answer is: creepy.

I like the threadsy model better. I don't want EVERYONE to follow EVERY ONE of my activities. I do want to be able to read my twitter and facebook and email in the same place. Half the reason I'm one most of these things is I have different groups of friends to keep up with.

I think google ALMOST had the right idea, but they didn't account for people that do a lot of different things online and want to be able to monitor them but don't want everyone on their email list to freaking see everything they do.

Annoying. It just randomly appeared after gchat was giving me all kinds of trouble. I blame it.

And do I really need *another* Google communication tool that I don't know what to do with?

It fucking terrifies me how easily my fucking family can watch every goddamn thing I say or do as it is. After social networking, fucking everyone knows when I fucking sneeze and ninety relatives I never talk to show up with tissues. XD

It is enough to make ya wanna quit all of that shit but lj. I deleted my myspace ages ago because that creepershit was irritating and facebook is looking more and more like it is in need of the axe was well.

I don't like the fact that it got turned on by default when they started it.

I don't like having to disable something that is about snooping.

Google fail. We put a LOT of trust in Big Brother Google that it will use all our email and other stuff stored on it for good not evil.

It has always worked by letting us search MANUALLY for info we need to know. Give info to friends MANUALLY about what we are doing. Share MANUALLY the pics we wish to share on Picasa, or the videos we wish to share on YouTube.

I don't want it to start serving up social info about our online habits and activity without us having to turn something on to initiate the process.
