I have gotten two calls today from unknown numbers. Usually I don't pick up when I don't know the number, but today I was feeling charitable.

The first was a call from a fricking bridal show I went to with a friend (hopefully obviously, she is the one getting married). I'm not even sure how they got my number - I tried to be really careful about not filling any shit out for this very reason.

The second was a call from someone related with JC Penney trying to sell me additional health insurance of some kind.

I said "I'm not interested, thank you" and hung up on both. But now I'm in a ridiculously sour mood.

Don't fucking call me.

feeling your pain, I had some doofus peddling cruise holidays interrupt my lunch, interrupt ME over and over when I was trying to politely decline, and then - for the cherry on the fart sundae - CALL ME BACK when I hung up.

It's like, yes, hon, I recognize your voice, that's why you got my Angry Borg tone and "Why. Have. You. Called. Me. Back."

I'm on the do not call list and still.
